摘要 |
Patch boards are widely used at home and offices, the consumer’s requirements for safety
of the products become increasingly strict, therefore identifying the life cycle of the patch boards with
formal methods has important guiding functions to improve the quality safety level. Hazard identification
at the design stage establishes the comprehensive list of hazard identification at the design stage of the
patch boards. The hazard and operability study (HAZOP) method is adopted for Hazard identification at
the logistics stage. The failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) based on analytic hierarchy process and
the fault tree analysis method (FTA) are adopted for hazard identification at the usage stage to find the
primary causes and triggering conditions of the accidents. While the fault hypothesis analysis method is
adopted for hazard identification at the recovery stage to analyze environmental harm caused by improper
handling methods at the recovery stage. |
