| 摘要 | The economic benefits evaluation of occupied mineral resources plays an important role in reducing the occupation of important mineral resources, promoting the reach of a negotiated settlement, and ensuring smooth implementation of construction projects. This article summarizes the occupation areas for different linear engineering according to relevant laws and regulations. Based on the discounted cash flow method, the evaluation model is proposed for economic benefits estimation of mineral resources. An application case for an opencast lead-zinc ore occupied by a gas pipeline is introduced, the research results can provide some references to the value assessment and compensation of mining rights occupied by construction projects. |
