摘要 Service industries represent an important part of modern economic system while quality a key pillar for the development of service industries. With the further enhanced leading role of China’s service industries in economic growth, service quality occupies an important position in satisfying the increasing demands of the public for a better life and facilitating high-quality economic growth. In order to understand the current development of service quality, this paper makes an analysis of China’s key service industries in terms of customer satisfaction, consumer complaint and brand value in 2017, which is of great significance for improving service quality.
