In face of unprecedented aging population, many countries around the world are exploring their own system of elderly care services. The concept of “home nursing” was derived from the concept of “community care” that emerged in the UK. To improve home nursing service quality has become a new proposition in the global pension industry. It proves that the evaluation of the services is of great importance to improve service qualities. In this paper, we adopted the method of comparative analysis, analyzed basic models of home nursing service evaluation in typical developed countries, combined basic theories of service quality evaluation, and eventually developed an index system framework for home nursing service evaluation. |
