摘要 In recent years, railway undertakings have witnessed rapid development in China and there has been an obvious increase in railway passenger transport turnover. These facts have put forward new and objective requirements for the improvement of service quality of railway passenger transport. Practices have shown that conducting evaluations plays an important role in promoting service quality. The paper, in the first place, adopts the method of analyzing Internet public opinion and date to select the aspects which have drawn most attention from the public in terms of the service quality of railway passenger transport. Then, the paper takes the theoretical research of service quality of railway passenger transport to establish a basic model of service quality evaluation, which is then developed into a final evaluation index system of service quality of transport passenger service after comprehensive analysis. The system can provide technical support for the practice of service quality improvement of railway passenger transport.
