Evaluation on economic benefits of enterprise standardization aims to understand the influences of technology standardization on enterprises and to provide more scientific and reliable basis for enterprises’ strategic decisions on standardization. This paper introduces a value chain based evaluation approach for eco-nomic benefits of enterprise standardization. Totally nine steel enterprises are selected as samples and the data of standardization-induced economic benefits to all links in the value chain are collected. On the basis of sta-tistical summary, this paper concludes the influences of standardization on enterprises’ economic benefits and provides a method to further improve economic benefits and standardization level of enterprises. |
